yeah.. today in the race, i break my personal best timing in macR^-^ n i am quite happy with the timing although not very fast.... i had try my very best^-^ with no regret.. haha^-^ me will do better in the next x country which is on 17 march at turf city^_^

haha i am really overjoyed today^-^ i got my best timing at macR during training race... i was really very happy wit h my timing^-^ but dunno when competition can i still get this kind of timing.... me really scared that i will not get this timing during race lo...me wish i will not be the one who make the team lose .... the other three runner in my team are fast lo... wish we can get gd result ^-^
